Original Model

We ship all orders directly from the factory after the dealer contacts us with your order. We use Ground UPS, fully insured.  Standard ground shipping normally requires 3-7 business days for delivery. Provided you supply an email address, a confirmation email will be sent to you that your order has been processed. Shipping and handling costs will be added to your credit card. They average $25 combined.

Return info:

1. If your order arrives with obvious damage and you refuse the shipment please notify us immediately. We’ll make arrangements to ship a replacement.

2. If you discover that your order was damaged due to shipping after receiving it, please contact us to request a return authorization number. Prepare the item with shipping damage for pickup. The carrier that shipped the item will be by to pick it up for inspection. Please keep a copy of the pickup tracking number should you need it for future reference. It is our proof that the carrier picked up the item for shipping damage inspection. Note: You usually have only 5 days to report shipping damage.

3. If there is an error in your order please notify us to request a return authorization number. If you are returning your item due to shipping damage or our error and would like a refund, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase (plus sales tax if applicable). If you are returning the item due to a change of mind or your error and would like a refund, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price (plus sales tax if applicable) less a 15% restocking fee once the return item is received. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or your error and would like a replacement item we will ship out the new item you request. Please note your credit card will be charged the 15% restock fee for the original item.

Return Policy:

Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return the windshield within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in “off-the-shelf and in-the-box” condition (unless damaged in shipping). Items that have been installed, drilled, bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in saleable condition and shouldn’t be returned and cannot be refunded.

To Return Items:

Even if you purchased the shield from an independent dealer, notify us for your return authorization (RA) number. Write this RA on your package label and ship back the item in the original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt from the dealer. Ship the item pre-paid and insured by Ground UPS. Please ship to: Vanco, 1214 Fire Tree Trail, Eagle River, WI  54521.

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to Wisconsin.
